Aluminum coil temper quick details–1
H1 pure work hardening state; suitable for the state where the required strength is obtained only by work hardening without additional heat treatment
H2 state of work hardening and incomplete annealing; it is suitable for products after the degree of work hardening exceeds the specified requirements of the finished product, and the strength is reduced to the specified index after incomplete annealing.
The state of H3 works hardening and stabilization treatment; suitable for products whose mechanical properties are stable after work hardening after low-temperature heat treatment or due to heating during processing.
H4 Work hardened and painted state; suitable for products that have been partially annealed by paint treatment after work hardening
The tensile strength limit of HX1 is the intermediate value of 0 and HX2 state, which is less than 10% déformation.
The tensile strength limit of HX2 is the intermediate value of 0 and HX4 state, 15% déformation (also known as 1/4 hard generation state.
The HX3 tensile strength limit is the intermediate value of the HX2 and HX4 states.
The tensile strength limit of HX4 is the intermediate value of 0 and HX8 state, 35% déformation (also known as the semi-hard state).
The HX5 tensile strength limit is the intermediate value of the HX4 and HX6 states.
